Payout & Compensation

We are committed to providing consistent, competitive compensation. We make infrequent, minor modifications to our payout grid, don’t haircut commissions on insurance and annuity products, and strictly avoid ticket charges designed to influence your decisions. Simply put, we’re dedicated to ensuring you get the full compensation you’ve earned.

Payouts for advisors who affiliate as traditional employees fall between 30% and 50% and typically vary with mix of business and production.

Type I: Agency listed equities, preferreds, agency OTC equities, principal OTC equities, unit trusts, syndicate, municipal bonds, corporate bonds, government securities (including agencies), CDs and other money market instrument products.

Type II: Options, futures & foreign currency.

Type III: Mutual funds, public and private limited partnerships, insurance, annuities, nondiscretionary fee based accounts, financial planning and investment advisory fees, Passport and Freedom accounts. (See manager for explanation of these accounts.)

Type IV: Money managers not participating in RJ Consulting Services Program and discretionary equity managed accounts (MIP).

Type V: Money managers within the RJ Consulting Services Program and nondiscretionary fee based accounts (Ambassador).
