African Heritage Network

The African Heritage Network (AHN) is a key advocate for education, professional development and community outreach at Raymond James.

AHN works to facilitate the professional advancement of associates of African lineage. By doing so, it hopes to increase diversity, expand opportunity and improve productivity in ways that support the company’s overall business objectives.

The goals of AHN are:

• To provide structure and resources for the development and education of associates of African lineage, resulting in an increase in productivity and diversity within Raymond James.
• To use existing communication channels within the company to reach associates of African lineage to share accomplishments, experiences, activities and events related to the development of their careers.

In working toward these goals, AHN will provide tools, resources, community outreach opportunities and educational offerings for both career development and personal growth. We encourage all interested associates to participate in our meetings and programs.
