Rainbow Network

The Rainbow Network is committed to providing our lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) associates with the support and resources they need to grow and excel at Raymond James. Further, it is designed to foster a diverse environment, contributing to the productivity and profitability of Raymond James, as well as promoting tolerance in the workplace.

The goals of the Rainbow Network are:

• To provide support for charitable organizations within Raymond James and in our communities.
• To provide structure and resources for the development and education of our LGBT associates, leading to an increase in productivity and diversity within Raymond James.
• To reach out to LGBT associates and their allies to share accomplishments, experiences, activities and events related to the development of their careers and their contributions to the community.
• To work with national LGBT organizations to position Raymond James as a diversity employer of choice.

In working toward these goals, the Rainbow Network will provide tools, resources, community outreach opportunities and educational offerings for both career development and personal growth. We encourage all interested associates, both LGBT and non-LGBT, to participate in our meetings and programs.
