Investment Banking Associate

The ideal candidate will be an MBA with applicable investment banking and/or relevant industry experience and must possess demonstrated analytical skills. The position also demands a highly motivated, self-starting team player with exceptional critical thinking abilities, excellent communication skills and the ability to generate strong relationships.

The associate will be assigned to a specific industry or product specialty group (such as M&A Advisory or Restructuring and Recapitalization) within the Investment Banking Department, based upon the department's growth needs and the candidate's experience. The associate will work with a team of professionals to meet the capital-raising and advisory needs of corporate clients. The reward system is performance-based and places emphasis on the associate's ability to contribute to the profitability and overall success of his/her team and the department.
