The team actively participates in the Family Resource Center each year with Christmas gifts for children. They are also strong supporters of the Citrus Memorial Health Foundation, Hospice, the Florida Sheriffs' Youth Ranch, and community Little League. In addition, Tracy has been an active member of Kiwanis International, serving as Distinguished Past President of her local club in 2003-2004; and Amy is a board member and officer of the Citrus County Education Foundation. Raymond James is a strong supporter of United Way, Junior Achievement- the Partnership to Advance School Success, social service organizations including disaster relief groups and those who provide services for the disabled, disadvantaged and abused children. As title sponsor of Raymond James Stadium, the company also teams with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers to support communities across the nation, including their “Kicking for Kids” program, which donates funds to children’s hospitals in cities where the Bucs play.
A deep appreciation for the arts is also part of the Raymond James culture. The firm actively supports the Florida Orchestra, National Business Committee for the Arts, Raymond James Gasparilla Festival of the Arts, the American Stage (with Raymond James Theatre, the new home of the American Stage Theatre Company, set to begin productions in early 2009), and displays more than 1,800 works of art at the home office.
