What we do

We invest in the recapitalization, management-led buyout or buyout of established middle-market businesses.

Investment focus

  • Transaction value range: $25 to $150 million
  • Equity investment range: $15 to $50 million
  • Minimum pro forma EBITDA: $5 million
  • Minimum growth rate: 5% to 10%

Types of businesses

  • We seek scalable niche businesses that have predictable revenue streams from a diverse set of customers.
  • We prefer investments in services or value-added distribution businesses with route or subscription-based business models as well as manufacturing businesses that make consumable or repetitive supply products.
  • We prefer businesses that have a meaningful share of a smaller, well-defined market.
