In Our CommunityWe feel that not only is it important to give something back to the community in which we live, but is equally important to actively participate in that community. All associates are encouraged to participate in clubs and organizations in which they are interested. Members of our team have shown community leadership in business, politics, education and philanthropy.
Mark is extremely active and has played a vital role in the development of the Idaho State University / University of Idaho Higher Education Center (University Place) in Idaho Falls. He is currently the chairman of the advocacy committee for University Place's advisory committee as well as a member of the College of Arts & Sciences advisory board for Idaho State University.
Mark's community activities include:
- Member of the Investment Management Consultants Association
- Vice chairman of the higher education advisory council at University Place
- Member of the Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce
- Active member of the Idaho Falls Rotary Club
In the recent past, Mark has served as:
- Member of the Grow Idaho Falls, Inc. Board of Directors
- President, Idaho State University Alumni Association
- Co-chairman of the fund raising committee, ISU / UI Higher Education Center in Idaho Falls
- Chairman of the Greater Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce in 1997
- Member of he Downtown Development Corporation's board of directors
- Chairman of the Eastern Idaho Economic Development Council from 2000-2002
Marnie is very active and enjoys the scenery that the Eastern Idaho landscape offers in biking and hiking. She also enjoys the numerous activities that downtown Idaho Falls has to offer, including the arts–especially the symphony. Marnie is very active in her family and church.
KaReena has been actively involved in the arts for the majority of her life with an emphasis in ballet. She was the previous owner and director of her own ballet studio, and hopes to do so again after her children get a little older. She is very involved with her family and church.
Meggan's past employment opportunities have given her a chance to see all kinds of people. As a new resident of Idaho Falls she looks forward to using this perspective to find out what the city has to offer.
