Raymond James fields one of the largest sales forces among all U.S. brokerage firms. Through our United States and foreign offices, our institutional sales force currently serves more than 1,800 active domestic and international investors, representing the world’s leading institutions.

We recognize that nothing can replace the understanding that occurs when people meet face-to face. Consequently, Raymond James hosts a number of investment conferences to facilitate the interaction of company management and institutional investors. Our highly regarded annual Institutional Investors Conference brings more than 600 international portfolio managers and analysts together with over 300 company management teams. Additionally, we sponsor a number of industry-specific and regional “best idea” conferences.

Through our Corporate Access program, we organize several hundred non-deal roadshows and field trips annually, both within the United States and abroad, that provide investors direct access to company management. We make markets in more than 700 domestic stocks, many of which are covered by our Equity Research team.

Our syndicate division coordinates marketing, distribution, pricing and stabilization of Raymond James’ managed equity offerings, generating demand through broad distribution channels that include more than 5,000 financial advisors, 1,800 active domestic and international institutional investors, and the syndicate group itself.
