JOEL MILLER JOINS
RAYMOND JAMES INVESTMENT BANKING
AS MANAGING DIRECTOR IN THE
TECHNOLOGY & COMMUNICATIONS GROUP

PALO ALTO, Calif. – Joel Miller recently joined the Raymond James Technology & Communications Investment Banking Group as a managing director in the firm&rsuo;s Palo Alto office, according to Jeffrey Trocin, head of Equity Capital Markets. He will lead the firm’s coverage of the semiconductor sector.

“We are delighted to have a respected and experienced professional like Joel strengthen our effort to provide high quality investment banking services in the semiconductor sector,” said Trocin. “His extensive industry knowledge and relationships will be a tremendous asset to our team.”

Prior to joining Raymond James, Miller spent nine years with Banc of America Securities covering the semiconductor industry. He also brings prior experience from Salomon Brothers Inc., CreditAnstalt Investment Bank and Ameritech’s Venture Capital Group.

Miller received his bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and computer science from the University of California at Berkeley and his MBA from the University of Chicago.
