RAYMOND JAMES FINANCIAL APPOINTS
SENIOR MANAGING DIRECTOR OF EQUITY TRADING

New York – Daniel McMahon recently joined Raymond James Financial, Inc. (NYSE-RJF) as senior managing director of Equity Trading and will partner with Louis Parks to direct the firm’s U.S. equities trading business, according to Jeff Trocin, executive vice president of the Equity Capital Markets division. 

Prior to joining Raymond James, McMahon spent almost 10 years with CIBC World Markets in New York where he headed their U.S. equities trading desk.

“Dan will oversee equity trading alongside Louis Parks, with particular emphasis on managing our principal trading activities,” said Trocin. “He brings extensive experience to his new responsibilities.”

A 1987 graduate of Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in economics, McMahon’s experience includes trading both listed and over-the-counter securities, on both an agency and principal basis; management of staff; and improving customer facilitation and risk management controls.
