Jeffrey E. Trocin Executive Vice President, Equity Capital Markets Raymond James & Associates

Mr. Trocin joined Raymond James & Associates in 1986 and has directed the firm’s Equity Capital Markets group, which includes the firm's investment banking, research, institutional sales, trading and syndicate operations, since 1996. Mr. Trocin also serves as a member of the firm's Capital Markets Commitment Committee.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Mr. Trocin was a member of the Corporate Finance Department of Merrill Lynch Capital Markets. Before that, he was a marketing manager for Burroughs Corporation in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla.

Mr. Trocin graduated with honors with a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Miami. He continued his education at Harvard Business School where he earned his MBA in 1986.
