Who owns the stadium?
Raymond James Stadium is owned by the Tampa Sports Authority (Hillsborough County, and managed by the Tampa Sports Authority). The naming rights to the stadium are under contract with the St.Petersburg-based financial services firm, Raymond James Financial, Inc.
Do we sell tickets for events at the stadium?
The event organizer/promoter will be the person(s) who decide whether tickets for that event will be sold at the will call windows, which are located on the south side of the stadium. Please contact the individual organizer/promoter for information concerning ticket sales. Unless otherwise noted, the stadium box office is open day of event only.
*Please be aware that availability of ticket dates, times will call windows will be open, as well as refunds of ticket purchases are at the discretion of the event organizer/promoter, not the Tampa Sports Authority.

Where can I buy Buccaneers/Bulls merchandise?
On game day, Buccaneers/Bulls merchandise is sold at souvenir stands located throughout the stadium.
Does the Stadium have a permanent gift shop?
No.
How much is parking? When do the lots open?

How early do the gates open at the stadium for an event?
Gates open one-and-one half hours prior to the start of the event unless otherwise posted.

Is there disabled seating available, and where is it located?

How many people can the stadium hold?
Total capacity is 65,857.
Are all of the stadium seats the same size?
No.
General admission seating (red seats) measures 19" wide and 32-33" from one seat back to the next.
Club seats (pewter seats) measure 21" wide, with 32-33" from one seat back to the next and are cushioned.
Do we give stadium tours?
Tours of Raymond James Stadium are available year-round on Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s, and Thursday’s. Group tours (reservations required) are available at 9:00am or 10:30am and require at least 10 guests. General walk-up tours are conducted at 2:00pm and do not require reservations. Can guests bring food and drink into the stadium?
No. Stadium personnel have the right to search all bags or purses that are brought into the stadium.
Is smoking allowed in Raymond James Stadium?
Smoking is only allowed in the designated areas.
How can I report fan conduct issues during a game?
Report the problem and your location (section, row, seat) by dialing (813) 350-6501 or texting “RJS” <space> issue and location to 41513.
Are cameras or camcorders allowed in the stadium?
Camcorders are NOT allowed inside Raymond James Stadium. Cameras with lens/body/filter shorter than 12" are allowed for all events.
Can banners and signs be brought into the stadium?
Only hand-held signs will be permitted at events. Signage and/or flags for Buccaneers events cannot be hung or attached anywhere in the stadium.
Do we have any special programs for children?
Yes, Tag-a-Fan is a free service that allows parents to identify children and other guests with a wristband displaying the guests seat location.
Who is Tampa Sports Authority and what do they do?
WHO – Tampa Sports Authority (TSA) was created by action of the Florida Legislature.
WHEN – May 28, 1965.
WHY – The Enabling Act directed the TSA to “plan, develop and maintain a comprehensive complex of sports and recreational facilities.”
WHAT – The TSA owns, by virtue of a Deed of Conveyance by the Legislature in its Enabling Act:
- 134 acres known as the “Stadium Complex” (formerly Tampa Stadium) and its parking lots.
- The Raymond James Stadium and its parking lots.
- The St. Petersburg Times Forum (Tampa Bay Lightning Hockey Arena).
- The Authority operates three golf courses. The courses are owned by the city and operate financially independent of the stadium: the courses are Babe Zaharias, Rocky Point and Rogers Park.
How was the stadium paid for?
Paid for by voter referendum
- Community investment tax ($11 million)
- State sales tax ($20 million)
- Rebate and tourist development tax (half penny tax; approximately 8%).

Can I buy RV\Camper parking in advance?
No passes are sold in advance but RV\Camper parking is available for a majority of our events. Please see our parking and directions page for more information.
Do you allow overnight parking?
No – overnight parking is not allowed on Raymond James Stadium property. This applies to all vehicles including campers and RVs.
