Nicole Hisler

Nicole Hisler is the SVP, director of charitable solutions, at Raymond James Trust. In this role she is responsible for the team that provides general administration of Raymond James Charitable, a nonprofit established to give donors an easy and convenient way to support their favorite charities. Prior to her current role, Nicole worked with Raymond James Charitable for more than five years as a marketing director with Raymond James. In her almost seven years with Raymond James Marketing, Nicole led a team that served internal business units, including Raymond James Bank and Raymond James Trust.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Nicole worked for her father at MassMutual, where her two brothers still work today, also in partnership with Raymond James. She worked at an advertising agency, ran her own marketing business for a few years and was an adjunct professor at the University of Florida – her alma mater – teaching social media management. Nicole and her husband, Pram Dass, live in south Tampa and have four young children – three boys and a girl.
