Colleen Carson Beinhauer, J.D., LL.M.

Chief Fiduciary Officer

Colleen Carson Beinhauer became Chief Fiduciary Officer in 2022 after joining Raymond James Trust, N.A. in 2017 as an Associate Fiduciary Officer. As Chief Fiduciary Officer, she oversees a team of fiduciary officers focusing on fiduciary issues, account pre-acceptance, tax, real estate and specialty assets.

Prior to joining Raymond James, Colleen was practicing law in Florida. Colleen focused her practice on estate planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships, real estate, and representing closely held businesses.

Colleen is a graduate of Furman University (2003) with a Bachelor's degree in sociology. Upon graduation, Colleen attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law (2006) in San Diego, California. She also earned her Masters in Tax Law from Boston University (2007) and is licensed to practice law in Florida.

Colleen is a past president of the Pinellas County Estate Planning Council and past Treasurer of the Clearwater Bar Association. She also served on the board for the Lighthouse for the Blind and on the Florida Bar Probate Rules Committee.

She currently lives in Odessa, FL with her husband and two sons.
