Outside the office, he enjoys playing guitar and other stringed instruments, and outdoor activities such as hunting and fishing. Originally from Lancaster, California, Ralph currently resides in Idaho Falls with his wife, Annette. They have four children, Anthony, David, Marissa and Julisa and 13 grandchildren.
